Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and stress reduction, enabling the body to heal itself naturally. It compliments all other healing modalities, including Western medicine and alternative therapies. While everyone's experience is unique, most clients report feeling a deep sense of relaxation and peace. Everyone can benefit from Reiki. You only have to be open to the experience.
My Reiki sessions are complemented by my Biodynamic Cranioscaral Therapy training. Biodynamics is the holistic study of vital life force energy and physiological processes. With a light touch and settled presence, Biodynamics facilitates the inherent health that resides within to express itself.
I’m a certified Reiki Practitioner and Teacher and Professional Member of the International Center for Reiki Training's Reiki Membership Association. I offer one-on-one sessions, distance treatments, and teach classes.
Due to COVID-19, I am currently only offering online sessions and teaching Reiki in a one-on-one class through Zoom/
REIKI SESSIONS
For Relaxation, Stess Reduction and Healing
Reiki treatments are provided in-person, in my office or in the client's home. The client remains fully clothed during the session. Typical sessions include light, appropriate touch. Reiki may be given without touch if the clients wishes. I also provide Distance Reiki sessions.
REIKI CLASSES
Reiki Training and Certification
Everyone can learn Reiki. Become attuned to the gift of Reiki and learn self-healing techniques, how to give Reiki treatments to others, and how to teach and attune others to Reiki. Classes are held in-person in a workshop format or in a live, online class. Instruction manuals are provided and a certificate of completion is given at the end of the class.
